The Supporting Underserved Children, Caregivers, and Emerging Adults in Systems and Services (SUCCESS) Clinical Research Collaborative
The Supporting Underserved Children, Caregivers, and Emerging Adults in Systems and Services (SUCCESS) Clinical Research Collaborative is dedicated to advancing knowledge at the intersection of psychology and child-serving systems, including the juvenile legal and child welfare systems. Our mission is to conduct cutting-edge research that reduces behavioral health inequities and promotes positive outcomes for marginalized youth in these systems.
We prioritize meaningful collaboration with youth, families, and cross-system partners, guided by culturally responsive research questions that reflect their needs. We are also committed to sharing findings with partners, fostering collaborative—not competitive—research environments across career stages, and advancing work in key areas such as suicide prevention, trauma and adverse childhood experiences, behavioral health screening, resilience, health inequities, social justice, and dissemination and implementation science for system-involved youth.
