Learning more about your child’s disability and understanding what it means
Addressing your child’s present and future health care needs
Finding resources in your own community, obtaining health and administrative information, and arranging referrals to a comprehensive range of services and treatment options
Deciding on care management and coordination that is home- and community-based
If your child has Medical Assistance coverage (Medical Assistance, RIte Care or RIte Share), there will be no out-of-pocket expenses for the services that you and your family receive from the center.
