Katherine M. Tezanos, PhD

Psychologist

Katherine Tezanos is a psychologist at Bradley Hospital. In addition, she is a clinical assistant professor of psychiatry and human behavior at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.

Dr. Tezanos has collaborated on research published in peer-reviewed, academic journals and spoken at medical conferences. Her research focuses on refining the assessment and diagnosis of suicidal ideation in children and adolescents.

She earned a master’s degree and a doctorate degree in clinical psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University. Dr. Tezanos completed a clinical psychology internship and a suicide research fellowship at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University.

She is a member of the Association of Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies, the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and the Society for a Science of Clinical Psychology.
