Pediatric Referral Consultation Clinic

Bradley Hospital's Pediatric Referral Consultation (PERC) Clinic provides psychiatric consultation and implement care plans for children with various psychiatric diagnoses and complex clinical presentations. The PERC Clinic accepts referrals from pediatricians and family practitioners.

Once a child is assessed, treatment is initiated and the patient is stabilized behaviorally, the referring physician is responsible for the ongoing monitoring of care. The PERC clinic psychiatrist is available for follow up consultation and sees the child in the clinic should the need arise. The psychiatrist also works with established therapists in the community to create an ongoing treatment plan, or assists the primary care physician and family to obtain appropriate outpatient follow up for the child.

The PERC Clinic is open on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons in the outpatient area at Bradley Hospital.
